Choir Trips

WMEA Conference (Chamber Choir) - Yakima, WA - Feb 14th-15th

Chamber choir has been invited to participate in the 47th annual Washington Music Educators Association (WMEA) state conference in Yakima. They will be performing on Feb 15th (Sat) at The Seasons Performance Hall as a featured performance group. The trip requires a $40 cost to cover meals, which is due by Feb 12th (students are to bring a sack lunch the day of departure). The cost of lodging/buses is covered.

Payment by Check

Please make checks payable to “Union Choir Boosters” and write your student’s name in the memo line, along with “WMEA Conference”. Your student can deposit the check in the black box in the choir room, or you can take it to any IQ Credit Union, including the one at Union’s 500 building (this location is only open during lunch, 12:40-1:10pm).

Payment by Credit/Debit Card

Payment can be made using a credit/debit card via Paypal (an account is not required). This option requires a slight additional cost to cover the Paypal surcharge, which is a reduced rate for non-profit organizations. The total using this option is $41.21.

Chamber Choir Tour - Los Angeles, CA - May 20th-23rd

Chamber choir's annual Spring tour will be in the Los Angeles area this year. A registration form at this link is to be completed for all those attending -- this form must be completed by a parent/guardian. Participation in tour requires the following payments:

  • Deposit (due Dec 18th): $100
  • 1st Installment (due Mar 1st): $450
  • 2nd Installment (due May 1st): $450

Payment by Check
